In order to implement the company's overseas strategic layout, further expand its overseas business, and enhance its comprehensive competitiveness, Almaden plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary, Almaden Glass Industry Co., Ltd., in the United Arab Emirates through its wholly-owned subsidiary, Almaden (Middle East and North Africa) Co., Ltd., and invest in the construction of a photovoltaic glass production line project with an annual output of 500000 tons (including glass kilns and supporting deep processing production lines), with a planned total investment of 240 million US dollars.

With the intensification of competition in the domestic photovoltaic glass market and the decline in product prices, it has become an inevitable trend for photovoltaic glass enterprises to accelerate their expansion into overseas markets. This investment in building overseas production capacity is in line with the company's globalization development strategy, which is conducive to the company fully utilizing the local location, resource advantages, and leveraging the company's core photovoltaic glass technology advantages. The project will radiate to the Middle East, Europe, America, and South Asia markets, promoting the effective layout of the company's overseas photovoltaic glass production capacity, and promoting the company's business development in international markets, enhancing its competitiveness in the international market.
